                                            TERMS OF SALE / CONSUMER AGREEMENT                

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site via shopping cart, phone, email, and fax.

We take great pride in our ability to deliver to our customers not only a unique choice of fabricated marine items but also a pleasant shopping experience. Many of our customers are repeat buyers. All returns must be approved by Nautical Creations

The following policy is our "Terms of Sale".

Payment in full must be made prior to shipping out. We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard - Visa - Discover Card - Certified Check- Bank draft - Bank to bank transfer - Personal check (these will need to clear our bank before shipment will be made)

RETURN / EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY EFFECTIVE 01/01/16
In an effort to provide support and service to our customers as well as provide protection to ourselves against abuse and fraud we have instituted the following Return / Exchange/ Refund Policy. Customers should read this carefully before a purchase is made to avoid any confusion after the sale.

Because project design, engineering and/or actual productions begins shortly after placing your order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms. If your order has been started by Nautical Creations or if materials have been purchased specifically for your project, all material and labor expenses would be deducted from the deposit amount. All authorized returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% re-stock fee. No exceptions. Refunds for refused and returned merchandise will be equal to the cost of the merchandise refused less all shipping charges incurred during the delivery process to you, and back to our shop. You will be responsible for our actual full shipping costs in the event of a return. Returns will only be accepted and credits issued if the merchandise is returned back to our shop undamaged in its original condition and in its original packaging. As all orders are custom fabricated, Nautical Creations cannot accept returns for custom ordered merchandise. If modifications in design are required, we would need to pre-price these changes at that point.

How we ship: We deliver all over the world and are proud to serve customers from almost every continent. Items will be shipped by common carrier or (FedEX) and are charged at our best possible discounted rate. The shipping costs listed cover the lower 48 states. If you live in another location, we will gladly arrange reasonably priced shipping. We take great pride in making our shipping process as convenient as possible Once the item leaves the shop, we can not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Damaged Shipments: Occasionally items and or packages become damaged in shipping. In the event you receive an item that is damaged you should go to our web site and email us at sales@nauticalcreations.com This will begin your claim of a damaged shipment. Please note that your package and contents may be insured by the carrier. You should not discard any boxes or contents until advised to do so by Nautical Creations. No Refunds are made on damaged goods. The item will be replaced.
